Harris Street Stormwater Drainage Works

Time: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm
Zone 1A: Austral Place to Webbe Street Car Park Entrance/Exit
- Harris Street from George Street converted to 2-way to maintain access to the car park and
businesses.
- Harris Street from Edward Street to Austral Place converted to 2-way to maintain access for
residents.
- Temporary on-street parking restrictions (to enable 2-way access).
- Southern footpath closed on Harris Street (northern footpath to remain open)
Zone 2A: Webbe Street Car Park Exit/Entrance
- No access to the car park via Harris Street.
- Harris Street from George Street to be temporarily closed.
- Harris Street from Edward Street to Austral Place converted to 2-way to maintain access for
residents.
- Temporary on-street parking restrictions (to enable 2-way access).
- Southern footpath closed on Harris Street (northern footpath to remain open).
Stage 3A: Webbe Street Car Park Entrance/Exit to George Street
- No access to the car park entrance/exit on Harris Street from George Street (Harris Street
occupied).
- Harris Street from Edward Street to the car park entry/exit converted to 2-way to maintain
access for residents and car park users.
- Temporary on-street parking restrictions (to enable 2-way access).
- Southern footpath closed on Harris Street (northern footpath to remain open).
Traffic management with clear signage and detouring will be implemented to manage traffic around the construction zones.
